Any part that is for collection can be posted out for an extra cost.
We won’t take any responsibility for the compatibility of parts unless we have explicitly said it will fit.
We provide part numbers for most of our stock, it is the buyers responsibility to check that the parts are correct for the vehicle before purchasing. Correctly supplied parts will be subject to a
25% restocking fee and we will not be liable to refund the cost of delivery.
All parts we sell have a security mark and some are naked to the visible eye, any attempt to tamper and or modify the part will result in the guarantee being void and a refund will be refused.

Before you purchase an item, please check you are sure that the details supplied in the advert match your requirements.
If you are unsure in any way at all, contact us and we will gladly help you resolve the issue.
In the event that an item is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, we must be notified within 48 hours. We will try our best to provide a replacement and if a replacement is not available then full refund will be offered as long as the item is returned in its original state. Any return costs are not covered.
Your part number must also be checked with the one we advertise (if shown) as some items may appear the same in our advertised photos but part numbers are completely different.
In the event that an item is supplied correctly but the buyer has made an error, we must be notified immediately and the item must be returned as soon as possible in its original state at the cost
of the buyer and a full refund will be offered.
